General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Scope

Article 9 - Liability

The Seller is responsible for the proper execution of the order. He is required to deliver the product ordered to the Customer and to guarantee the conformity of the product to the order.

The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by the product in the event of abnormal use or use not in accordance with the instructions for use.

Article 10 - Intellectual property
