14 Days Refund Policy - Wishopee

At Wishopee, we are confident that you will love our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund.

Refund conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

• The product must not have been used or damaged.

• The refund request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Refund Procedure:

• Contact us by email at [email protected] to inform us of your intention to return the product.
• Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will send you a prepaid return label.
• Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a post office.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

Remarks:

• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Sale or promotional products are not refundable.

• Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable.
