Wishopee Return Policy

At Wishopee, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items eligible for return

• Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Items must not have been used, worn or washed.
• Certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized items, digital items, and final sale items.

Return procedure

• To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Wishopee account.
  2. Select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click the “Return Item” button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to print a return label.
  5. Pack the item and attach the return label to the package.
  6. Drop off the package at a post office or with a carrier.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

Exceptions

• Certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized items, digital items, and final sale items.
• For large or bulky items, restocking fees may apply.
